The Senior ERP Application Analyst will be responsible for leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to maximize the value of client PeopleSoft ERP Application and related Applications for VNA Municipal Water (Utility.) The Senior Analyst will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to maintain SLAs for up time and support of business systems. The Senior Analyst will work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that the support platform enhances business system capabilities. This role is responsible for maintaining the system configuration and business process flows from a system standpoint that are aligned with the organization’s mission, strategy, goals, and objectives. The Senior Analyst will maintain awareness and knowledge of the emerging trends in finance applications and business process best practices, and their usage within the utility industry, and will apply this learning in the establishment of new and innovative technology solutions supporting business needs. The Senior Analyst, in conjunction with the ERP Technical Manager will maintain and implement help desk processes and maintain a knowledge store and catalog of systems, SLAs and Support Plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or computer related field from an accredited institution. 

• 7+ years of experience in IT and ERP Application Support

• PeopleSoft (PeopleTools, Financials and Supply Chain) development experience required 

• Oracle Database experience preferred 

• PeopleSoft integration experience required 

• PowerPlan experience preferred 

• Oracle Hyperion/FCCS/EPBCS experience preferred
